Charlie Armour

Charlie Armour is an Emmy Award winning composer and sound designer for television, film and video games. In the mid-1990s, Charlie discovered his passion for music composition through computer music sequencing. This led him to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Music and Sound, focusing on sound design and music arrangements for film and television.

Video games have always been significant for Charlie, serving as both a source of enjoyment and a canvas for his creativity as a composer and sound designer. He has worked on notable titles such as “Warhammer 40,000: Gladius - Relics of War” and Ubisoft's “Beyond Good and Evil 2”. Charlie has collaborated with various artists and producers, including American rapper, Logic, on Hitrecord's music video for "Do What You Love."

Despite grappling with Leukodystrophy, a neurological disorder affecting his mobility, Charlie has received recognition for his work, including an Emmy for Hitrecord's "Create Together" series. Charlie’s hope is that his journey serves as inspiration for others to persevere and stay focused on their aspirations, despite obstacles.
