Pieter started his career 25 years ago by starting his own recording studio in the Netherlands, recording bands, solo artists and co-writing on several albums.
From here he progressed on to writing and producing his own tracks opening his own studio in his hometown of Breda composing music for corporate usage and eventually music for picture. Pieter's composing speciality is ambient and evolving, electro-acoustic soundscapes in emotive, uplifting and tense moods.

Outside of studio and composition work, Pieter works as a live sound engineer touring the world with global artists such as Erik Norlander, Lana Lane, After Forever, Stream of Passion, Mayan, Ayreon, Gorefest, Epica and Within Temptation.
